Opulent Pools offers three pool maintenance tiers for Auckland homes, from Opulent Essentials at $38 through to Opulent Pure, the full pool valet, from $75. Every visit starts the same way, regardless of tier: a full water test (pH, chlorine, alkalinity) checked against target range and logged, plus a visual equipment check. That habit comes from an aircraft-engineering background where you don't sign off on something you haven't actually measured. Chemicals are costed and charged separately from your plan price, based on what your pool actually needs that visit, not a flat add-on. You get photos and a report after every single visit, so you can see exactly what was done rather than take our word for it. If your property has a spa as well as a pool, it's looked after at every visit too, at no extra cost.

## Maintenance Plans

### Opulent Essentials

$38 (per visit)

For pool owners who manage things themselves but want peace of mind with water chemistry and basic maintenance.

Best for owners who are comfortable doing their own cleaning but want a second, trained set of eyes on water chemistry and equipment. It's the same test-and-log approach used on every tier, just without the physical clean.

Includes: Water testing, Emptying skimmer & pump baskets, Equipment check

### Opulent Plus

$60 (per visit)

For regular maintenance to keep pools clean and clear, especially in warmer months.

The equipment check goes a level deeper here. Filter backwash means catching pressure or flow issues early, before they turn into a leak, not after.

Includes: Everything in Essentials, Surface skimming, Pool brushing, Filter backwash

### Opulent Pure (Full Valet)

$75 to $95 (weekly $75 · fortnightly $85 · monthly $95)

For owners who want the full service without lifting a finger.

Full vacuum on top of everything in Plus. If you want to genuinely never think about the pool, this is the tier that gets closest to that. You're not managing anything, you're just told if something needs attention.

Includes: Everything in Plus, Full pool vacuum for deep cleaning

Chemicals are costed and charged separately on every tier, based on what your pool needs that visit.

## Green Pool Recovery

A green pool gets treated as urgent, not queued behind routine visits. The process: an initial assessment and stabilizing treatment on the first visit, then follow-up visits until the water is genuinely clear and balanced, not just clear enough to look fine for a day. Recovery usually takes 3 to 6 days, though it varies depending on how far gone the water is when we start.

Beyond routine maintenance, equipment repairs and installs are also covered: salt chlorinator installs, filter and media changes, pump repairs, pump shed builds, plumbing, pool lights, and more.
