When you get in touch through our contact form, phone, or email, we may collect:

• Any details you include in your message to us

Why We Collect It

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, schedule and carry out pool maintenance services, and communicate with you about your service. We don't use your details for anything beyond running our business and serving you as a customer.

Sharing of Information

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share limited information with trusted suppliers or contractors where necessary to deliver a service (for example, sourcing a specific part), or where required by law.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain customer information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you're a one-off enquiry that doesn't turn into a booking, we'll only keep your details for as long as reasonably necessary to follow up, after which they are deleted.

Your Rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request that it be corrected or deleted. To make a request, contact us at cooper@opulentpools.co.nz and we'll action it promptly.
