These terms outline the basis on which Opulent Pool Services provides pool maintenance and cleaning services to homeowners across the wider Auckland region. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
We offer residential pool maintenance and cleaning across three tiers — Opulent Essentials, Opulent Plus, and Opulent Pure (Full Valet) — ranging from water testing and basic equipment checks through to a complete vacuum and deep clean. Full details of what's included in each tier are available on our Services page. We also offer same-day callouts for urgent issues such as green pools, where available.
Bookings & Cancellations
Our services are flexible with no lock-in contracts. You can start, pause, switch between tiers, or cancel at any time by getting in touch with us — we just ask for reasonable notice where possible so we can adjust our schedule.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of each service visit. For recurring service plans, we'll confirm a payment arrangement with you directly before work begins.
Liability
We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill, in line with standard industry practice. Opulent Pool Services is not liable for pre-existing damage or equipment issues discovered during the course of a service, though we'll always let you know if we find something and advise on next steps. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
