Why Spa Water Needs Its Own Attention
Spas run hotter with a much smaller volume of water than a pool, so chemical levels swing faster and need checking more often. Left to the same schedule as a pool alone, a spa can drift out of balance between visits in a way a larger body of water usually doesn't. Folding spa care into every regular visit, rather than treating it as an occasional extra, is what keeps it from becoming the thing that gets missed.
Every visit comes with photos and a report as well, the same as any other service, so there's a record of what the spa's water and equipment looked like, not just the pool.

Yes. If your property has a spa and your pool is on one of our regular plans, the spa gets water testing, chemical balancing, skimming, and a filter clean at every visit, at no extra cost.
Does spa care apply to every plan tier?
Yes, it's included for any pool client with a spa on the property, regardless of which plan the pool is on.
What if I only have a spa and no pool?
Spa care is included automatically for existing pool clients whose property also has a spa. If you only have a spa, get in touch and we'll talk through what's possible.
What if my spa needs a repair rather than routine care?
Spa pumps, heaters, jets, and controls are covered separately under Pool Lights & Spa Repairs, alongside routine spa care.
